The Arthouse Hotel (formerly The Abode Hotel) is a boutique property in central Glasgow, celebrated for its blend of historic character and modern style. Acquired in early 2025 by Oberland, an investment group specialising in hospitality assets, the hotel will now be operated by C1 Capital Hotels under a bespoke hotel management agreement. As the dedicated operator, C1 Capital Hotels will support the hotel's transformation, including the addition of 15 rooms and upgraded facilities. With a focus on delivering exceptional service and guest experiences, C1 Capital Hotels will establish The Arthouse Hotel as a premier destination in Glasgow, combining timeless charm with modern luxury.

C1 Capital successfully reopened and managed the 44-room Redbridge Lodge Hotel, achieving an impressive 80% average occupancy within three months. After a year of efficient operations, their management ceased when the owner decided to convert the property into an asylum hotel under a government contract.

Since 2013, C1 Capital has managed Park Plaza County Hall, enhancing value for 320 investors. Key achievements include a full refurbishment, restaurant, bar, and an outdoor terrace expansion, driving up to 30% annual cash-on-cash returns.
C1 Capital also manages South Place Hotel, applying the same expertise to maximise value, efficiency, and investor returns through strategic asset management.
